Session 6 : Using Library Perception Information and Impact Data
Understanding perceptions of public libraries—what people think and feel about libraries—will inform advocacy planning. Evidence about how public libraries improve communities—or “impact data”—can help persuade and motivate target audiences to support the public library. This session will help participants learn about library perception information and impact data, and discuss how to use both in library advocacy efforts.
